IT Project Manager (Epic) - 173476

Responsibilities: for the Project Manager include: Lead and manage multiple concurrent Epic projects, with a focus on clinical documentation, procedure documentation, and related workflows Partner with clinical stakeholders, providers, revenue cycle teams, and analysts to define scope, requirements, and delivery plans Oversee project lifecycle from inception through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts, SlicerDicer resources, and clinical staff to drive implementation success Quickly onboard into a growing program, providing senior-level leadership and direction across evolving project scopes Required Qualifications for the Project Manager include: 5+ years of experience in project/program management within healthcare IT or Epic environments Strong experience with Epic, particularly across clinical documentation and/or procedural documentation modules Proven ability to work with providers, clinical stakeholders, and revenue cycle teams in a collaborative environment Bachelor's degree required PMP certification preferred Qualifications: for the Project Manager include: 5+ years of experience in project/program management within healthcare IT or Epic environments Strong experience with Epic, particularly across clinical documentation and/or procedural documentation modules Proven ability to work with providers, clinical stakeholders, and revenue cycle teams in a collaborative environment Bachelor's degree required PMP certification preferred Compensation: for the Project Manager include: Hourly Pay Range: $65-75/hr depending on experience Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Sick leave as required by law #LI-SM2 #LI-HYBRID
