IT Project Manager

We are seeking a remote Delivery Lead in health care IT. Home office is in Detroit MI.

Engagement Description:

The Delivery Lead (PM) will support end-to-end delivery execution, partnering with product, business, and technology teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of initiatives. Education & Experience Needed:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field

5 years of IT Delivery lead experience

• End-to-End Delivery management within large enterprise environments
• Manage scope, schedule, and deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Track and report project milestones and provide status reports to project sponsors
• Develop and distribute project schedules

2 years Leadership experience

• Determine staffing requirements and formation of project teams
• Direct and monitor work efforts

2 years Project Management

• Leverage project management methodologies and various software development lifecycle frameworks
• Assembling project plans
• Monitor and manage project RAID logs

Strong facilitation and communication skills,

• Executive-level status reporting and escalation management
• Ability to communicate technical and business topics in a clear and relevant way

Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for -

• Coordinating cross-functional teams
• Managing scope, risks, and dependencies
• Ensuring alignment to enterprise delivery standards and governance
• Lead planning and execution activities
• Facilitate delivery ceremonies
• Drive accountability across internal and vendor teams
• Provide visibility into delivery health
• Proactively identify risks/issues
• Implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
