IT Project Manager - Charlotte, NC - Contract W2/C2C - $72-82 Per HR
Description:
Manage the delivery of risk and regulatory initiatives in a hybrid work setting. This contract role involves overseeing project scope, timelines, and stakeholder engagement. The position requires translating business needs into functional requirements and ensuring solutions align with organizational goals. Experience with a wide range of technologies is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business users for requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different regions.
- Conduct root cause, gap, and state assessments to define solutions.
- Oversee testing, training, and change-management activities during rollout.
- Provide updates to senior management on risks, issues, and action plans.
Qualifications:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills with high accountability.
- Knowledge of project management frameworks and proficiency with collaboration tools.
- Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with data processing platforms is desirable.
