As our new Project Manager, you will be part of our IT Innovation & Strategy function and play an important role in driving strategic projects supporting Scandinavian Tobacco Group's global SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, PMO leadership, and cross-functional business teams to successfully deliver digital, operational, and commercial initiatives across the organization. What your day will look like

In this role, you will typically focus on:

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and expenditure tracking.
  • Lead the successful execution of projects by managing scope, timelines, resources, risks, costs, quality, communications, and procurement activities.
  • Ensure project plans, milestones, and deliverables are established, documented, and completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Develop and maintain project management documentation in accordance with established PMO standards and methodologies.
  • Establish project governance structures and implement appropriate project controls.

Stakeholder & Change Management

  • Coordinate activities with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and project stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment through effective communication, reporting, and formal presentations.
  • Partner with functional teams to develop project management, change management, risk management, rollout, and training plans.
  • Facilitate communication initiatives that support project adoption and business readiness.
  • Build strong working relationships across a global organization to support successful project delivery.

Strategic Planning & Business Analysis

  • Support strategic decision-making through data-driven business analysis and project insights.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, while developing mitigation plans to support project success.
  • Contribute professional expertise in project management, resource planning, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Project Management Office and broader organization.

What you'll bring

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success managing medium to large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven project management experience, preferably within digital, technology, ERP, business transformation, or operational environments.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience developing project plans, managing budgets, tracking expenditures, and monitoring project performance.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured, process-oriented environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to navigate multiple priorities and stakeholders within a global organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading digital transformation, ERP, or SAP-related projects.
  • Familiarity with formal project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • General understanding of financial reporting and corporate finance concepts.
  • Experience supporting change management, training, and business adoption activities.
  • Experience working within international or matrixed organizations.

Annual Base Salary: $100,000-$110,000/yr

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area, and relevant market benchmarks.
