    IDR is seeking a IT Project Manager (AI, Clinical) to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Kentucky. This role offers the chance to work closely with a dedicated AI, Infrastructure, and Clinical teams to implement innovative initiatives that enhance healthcare operations through advanced technology solutions.

    Position Overview for the IT Project Manager (AI, Clinical):

    • Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation within a healthcare-focused organization.
    • Works closely with AI, clinical, and infrastructure teams to develop scalable and secure technology environments supporting AI initiatives.
    • Ensures projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards while aligning with organizational goals.
    • Establishes effective communication and change management strategies to keep projects on track.
    • Responsible for documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project.

    Requirements for the IT Project Manager (AI, Clinical):

    • Active PMP certification is required.
    • Experience working with clinical teams or healthcare stakeholders such as physicians, nurses, clinical operations, care delivery, EMR/EHR, or patient workflows.
    • Demonstrated success in introducing new technology or capabilities into existing clinical or business workflows with effective implementation strategies.
    • Strong knowledge of project management tools including MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
    • Proven ability to manage IT projects focusing on infrastructure, governance, security, and connectivity within healthcare environments.
