IT Project Coordinator/Manager for client in Sandy Springs, GA.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver software development projects on time, within scope, and budget

• Coordinate project activities across multiple team members and stakeholders

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reporting

• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards

• Manage project workflows across multiple platforms including JIRA for sprint management, Figma for design reviews, ServiceNow for service requests, Contentful for content coordination, and Checkmarx for security compliance

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as primary point of contact between development team and business stakeholders

• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives

• Facilitate requirements gathering and clarification sessions

• Provide regular project updates and progress reports to management

• Coordinate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs

• Collaborate with external agency partners for UX/UI design and SEO initiatives

• Manage vendor relationships and ensure deliverable quality from external partners
