    Job Title: IT Program Project Manager
    Location: Columbia, SC (5 Days Onsite)
    Duration: 12 Months with Extension

    Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced IT Program Project Manager to manage enterprise initiatives, align project teams and stakeholders, oversee requirements, and drive projects through successful implementation.

    Required Skills

    • Minimum 7 years of project management experience with moderate to high complexity.

    • Demonstrated experience in business analysis and process redesign.

    • Minimum 5 years managing IT, regulatory, compliance, or enterprise-level initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.

    • Manage schedules, resources, risks, issues, and project dependencies.

    • Coordinate internal teams, vendors, SMEs, and agency partners.

    • Facilitate scope, requirements, and solution validation sessions.

    • Conduct business analysis and process redesign activities.

    • Document requirements, workflows, data flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

    • Support solution design and build-vs-buy evaluations.

    • Coordinate UAT, cutover, readiness, and post-launch activities.

    • Develop communication and change management plans.

    • Produce project charters, schedules, RAID logs, dashboards, and status reports.

    Preferred Skills

    • Enterprise program or project management experience.

    • Experience with business process improvement.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    • Experience with implementation and adoption initiatives.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
