Introduction
This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in IT program management, particularly within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will balance both generalist and technical responsibilities, with a significant focus on data and system migrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7 years of IT Program Management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in data and system migrations, preferably to the cloud.
- Working knowledge of Jira or similar project management tools.
- Prior work experience in financial services, capital markets, or credit risk.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with capital markets processes and data.
- Agile or other project management certifications.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Analyze, interpret, and visualize data to support business decisions.
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Prepare management reports and executive presentations for status updates.
- Liaise with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
- Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and propose solutions.
- Support process improvements by analyzing workflows and recommending enhancements.
- Ensure documentation of project requirements, changes, and outcomes.
