Job Title: IT Program Manager / Scrum Master
Location: San Diego, CA/ Kirkland, WA
Duration: 12+ Months (W2 Only)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager / Scrum Master to lead and drive Agile delivery across enterprise IT initiatives, with a focus on Lead-to-Cash related business applications. This role will oversee end-to-end program management, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure strong stakeholder alignment to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a strong Agile leader with proven experience managing large-scale IT programs and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
· Establish and maintain clear Sprint calendars, effectively communicating key milestones
· Facilitate and drive Agile ceremonies, including Release Commit, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos, Retrospectives, Go-Live activities, and Release Readiness Reviews
· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of program goals and communication strategies
· Proactively address stakeholder concerns and communicate program progress, risks, and mitigation strategies in a timely manner
· Support release and change management activities to ensure smooth delivery and successful user adoption
· Manage risks, dependencies, and issues with clear mitigation strategies
· Lead multiple large-scale programs while ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
 
Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable):
· Certified Scrum Master (CSM) – Required
· Minimum 5+ years of IT Program Management experience
· At least 2+ years managing large IT programs using Agile methodology
· Strong hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
· Proven expertise in Scrum and SAFe frameworks
· Extensive experience managing cross-functional, distributed teams
· Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
· Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities
· Experience with Agile and program management tools
 
Nice-to-Have / Trainable Skills:
· Experience leading end-to-end Lead-to-Cash business application programs
· Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives
· Deep SAFe implementation experience
· Industry-specific domain knowledge
