IT Program Manager - Charlotte, NC - Contract - $64-69 Per HR
This role is based in Charlotte, NC with a hybrid work model requiring three days onsite. As an IT Program Manager on a contract basis, you'll lead complex program initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and quality standards. You'll work with cross-functional teams and leverage automation to enhance delivery workflows.

- Lead multi-team programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Translate business strategies into actionable plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and integration points proactively.
- Promote automation to improve workflow efficiency and predictability.
- Provide detailed reporting using real-time data for delivery and operational health.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate program delivery to meet business goals, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration to manage dependencies and risks effectively.
- Implement automation-driven delivery practices to enhance workflow.
- Provide clear reporting using real-time data for decision-making.
- Ensure operational readiness and compliance with security and audit standards.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in leading multi-team delivery in product or enterprise environments.
- Experience in roles such as Program Manager, Project Manager, or Delivery Lead.
- Proficiency in delivery planning, documentation, and workflow tools.
- Familiarity with Agile practices and AI-accelerated workflows.
- Experience with enterprise change, security, and compliance processes.
