The City of Phoenix Water Services Department is seeking experienced IT Program Managers to oversee critical water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for managing capital improvement and rehabilitation projects, including planning, design, construction coordination, contract administration, scope development, cost estimating, technical reviews, and stakeholder engagement. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field), at least 3 years of engineering/project management experience, and strong knowledge of municipal water/wastewater infrastructure projects. Arizona Professional Engineer (PE) registration is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years of engineering or related experience

• 3+ years of water/wastewater engineering, construction, inspection, design, or project management experience
• 2+ years managing consultants and contractors on Capital Improvement Projects (CIP)
• Experience with scope development, proposal reviews, payment applications, permitting, and design/construction drawing reviews
• Arizona Professional Engineer (PE) registration preferred
