    Position: IT/Production Support Technician
    Location: Orlando, FL 32819 (Onsite)
    Job Type: Full-Time - Contract - Temp to Hire
    Schedule: Monday–Friday (Must be flexible to rotating schedule and mandatory OT on Saturday) 

    Job Summary
    We’re seeking a technically inclined IT/Production Support Technician with strong troubleshooting skills to support daily operations and help meet departmental performance goals. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on technical support and production needs. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computers and related hardware
    • Perform system and technical diagnostics as needed
    • Support department metrics and daily productivity goals
    • Provide excellent customer service to end users
    • Travel occasionally for special projects or offsite support

    Qualifications

    • CompTIA A+ Certification (strongly preferred) 
    • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
    • Experience with:
      • Hardware repair and software troubleshooting
      • Basic networking concepts
      • Windows OS: Windows 8, Windows 10, Server 2012, Server 2016
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
    • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with daily quotas
    • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Reliable transportation and clear driving record
    • Physically able to lift 50 lbs consistently and sit 5–6 hours per day

    Preferred Experience

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
    • Desktop, laptop, and printer repair
    • OS imaging and deployments
    • Ticketing systems and asset tracking
    • OEM hardware experience (Dell, HP, Apple, Lenovo, Lexmark)
    • Experience in supply chain or high-volume environments
