Working for our team, you can truly make a difference.The IT Product Manager - Customer Service & Marketing is responsible for defining and driving the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for MCC Label's Salesforce platform supporting Customer Service and Marketing capabilities. This role partners closely with Customer Service, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence leadership to ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value and enhance customer experience.This position owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, from vision and roadmap through execution and continuous improvement. The Product Manager prioritizes initiatives based on business impact, aligns stakeholders, and ensures delivery of scalable, efficient solutions that improve service operations and marketing effectiveness.Why work at MCC:

    Responsibilities

    Qualifications:

    Experienced (2 years or more) in IT with responsibilities for CRM or ERP system configuration and supportProject Management experience and expertiseBusiness process, system and data analysis skills with business application project implementation experience.Advanced technical ability to manage and support systems.Experience with (but not necessarily expert in) Microsoft Windows, Windows Server and Database Technology.

    This role is primarily office-based or home office-based, requiring extended periods of sitting, computer use, occasional walking or light lifting, and may involve brief visits to manufacturing areas; reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed.
