Job Summary:This role involves designing and optimizing enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions and related business processes. You will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and documentation of Salesforce clouds and third-party integrations. The position requires a strong understanding of data flow and impact across interconnected tools to support sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications for development.
- Administer, configure, and document Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds.
- Integrate and manage third-party Go-To-Market technology solutions.
- Analyze data structures and ensure seamless data flow between systems for reporting.
- Define and execute functional test plans for system enhancements.
Must-Have Skills:
- Minimum 6 years in enterprise application design and optimization.
- Proven experience with Salesforce administration and configuration.
- Ability to synthesize requirements and conduct gap analyses.
This role requires experience within the Go-To-Market technology ecosystem, encompassing sales engagement platforms, conversation intelligence tools, and customer messaging platforms.
