Role: Product Manager
Location: Richfield, MN 55423
Salary Range: $50- $55/hr on W2
Introduction
Join our dynamic Customer Account and Identity (CAI) Team, where you'll manage customer identity, account, and account management experiences for both customers and employees. You'll engage in front-end and back-end development as well as database creation and management, focusing on customer-facing experiences for account management, sign-in, and account creation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Product management - 2+ years of experience.
- Experience with Customer SSO/Customer Account Sign-in.
- Prior work experience in the retail industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience using AI tools for productivity.
- Data analysis expertise.
- Strong project management skills.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage product backlog and create epics and user stories.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs to technical specifications for the development team.
- Build business cases and conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
- Facilitate inter-team and external communications and provide status reporting.
