Job Description:
Top Requirements:

• Creates business requirements document/work plans and high-level flow diagram and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. 
• Defines, plans and implements the goals and milestones associated with all application development, agile/kanban sprints or system projects.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of an onshore scrum team and vigilantly tracks and unblocks dependencies across 5-6 partner teams.
• Oversee offshore PO and SM and support their defect management and resolution.

• Creates business requirements document/work plans and high-level flow diagram and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.  
• Defines, plans and implements the goals and milestones associated with all application development, agile/kanban sprints or system projects. 
• Oversee the analysis, design, execution, and metrics creation of all assigned projects via tools like JIRA and Confluence and Dashboards in Data Dog, Tableau, or Adobe. 
• Technical Planning Fluency: experience with Swagger, creating sequence diagrams for flow and impact, Postman to validate assumptions. 
• Ensures project/product documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately i.e. in JIRA, Confluence or Sharepoint.  
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of an onshore scrum team and vigilantly tracks and unblocks dependencies across 5-6 partner teams. 
• Oversee offshore PO and SM and support their defect management and resolution. 
• Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to LOB/stakeholders. 
• Effectively applies U.S. Bank process methodology, manages engagement with ISS, Risk, and Fraud and enforces product standards.  
• Support QA lead regarding quality assurance procedures i.e. use cases, test cases and test case results.
