Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education, technical training, and hands-on software development experience considered.
  • Strong foundation in software architecture, systems design, secure coding practices, and enterprise application development.

Experience Requirements

  • Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI-powered software solutions in production environments with measurable business impact.
  • Advanced programming skills in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or similar languages.
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, AI agents, context engineering, prompt optimization, and AI system evaluation.
  • Experience integrating enterprise platforms using REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, CI/CD pipelines, cloud services, source control, and security tools.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps, secure software development lifecycle (SDLC), software testing, code quality, and application security best practices.
  • Experience with AI coding assistants, MCP (Model Context Protocol), LLMOps, AI guardrails, and automated verification tools is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, security, product, and business teams.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to work full-time onsite at the Round Rock, TX facility.
  • Frequent computer use, including extended periods of sitting, typing, and screen-based work.
  • Ability to participate in technical meetings, presentations, and collaborative development activities.
  • Must be able to maintain focus while managing multiple technical projects and priorities.

Job Duties

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Build AI-powered developer tools, agent-based workflows, code verification systems, and automated security review capabilities.
  • Develop solutions supporting secure AI-generated code, policy enforcement, quality assurance, and compliance requirements.
  • Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems including source control, ticketing platforms, CI/CD environments, security tools, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Design scalable APIs, data models, and service architectures with security, observability, and extensibility in mind.
  • Evaluate AI system performance, reliability, cost optimization, and production readiness.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, drive adoption, and deliver innovative AI engineering solutions.
