Detailed Job Description
8 years of experience in Business Analysis with expertise in Agile delivery and stakeholder management.Drive requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution design for BPs Bio Low Carbon platform.Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, FRDs, and process flow diagrams.Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend optimization and automation opportunities.Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and User Acceptance Testing UAT.Perform data analysis and support reporting, regulatory, and sustainabilityrelated initiatives.Work on integrations, APIs, data mapping, and digital transformation programs.Leverage tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Power BI, SQL, Visio, Lucidchart, and Postman.Experience in Energy, Oil Gas, Biofuels, Supply Chain, or Sustainability domains is highly preferred.
