    If our mission statement piques your interest, we encourage you to apply for the currently open position of IT PC Technician I to work Monday - Friday at our Branch located at 2605 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT. This IT PC Technician I role is responsible for providing hands-on experience installing and configuring PC’s, laptops, printers and telephones for approximately 450+ users. PC Technician must have Windows operating system experience and basic networking knowledge. Responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues. 

    Job Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred).
    • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, printers and computer hardware.
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
    • Preferred Certifications:
      • CompTIA A+ (or working toward certification)
    Regular Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
    • Install and update software applications and operating systems.
    • Respond to basic helpdesk tickets and user inquiries.
    • Assist with hardware replacements and basic repairs.
    • Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
    • Escalate more complex issues to higher-level technicians or system administrators
