We are seeking a Senior IT Operations & Support Specialist to join a growing IT team and play a critical role in supporting employees while helping manage and enhance the organization's technology environment.

This position is ideal for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys solving technical challenges, delivering exceptional end-user support, and taking ownership of IT operations, infrastructure, networking, and security initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to work across a broad range of technologies while contributing to projects that improve efficiency, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, applications, connectivity, and user account issues
• 
  
• Configure, deploy, and support laptops, mobile devices, software, and peripherals within a primarily macOS/iOS environment
• 
  
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• 
  
• Support Microsoft 365, endpoint management solutions, identity management platforms, SSO, MFA, and cloud-based applications
• 
  
• Assist with network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, wireless networks, VPNs, servers, storage, and backup systems
• 
  
• Maintain IT asset inventories, documentation, standards, and operational procedures
• 
  
• Partner with technology vendors and participate in infrastructure, security, and modernization projects
• 
  
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization
• 
  
• Help ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the overall IT environment
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Several years of experience in IT support, systems administration, IT operations, or a related technical role
• 
  
• Strong troubleshooting skills across endpoints, applications, networking, and user account management
• 
  
• Experience supporting macOS and iOS devices in a corporate environment
• 
  
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management and MDM platforms
• 
  
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, identity and access management, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals
• 
  
• Experience supporting network infrastructure, servers, storage, and backup technologies
• 
  
• Excellent communication, organization, documentation, and customer service skills
• 
  
• Experience with scripting, APIs, or automation tools is a plus
•
