Description

Profile
The successful candidate will be a hands-on and service-oriented IT Operations professional who enjoys solving technical problems and supporting users in a fast-moving, global environment.
You should have:
Location & onsite expectations: This position requires a high degree of flexibility between the Westport, CT and New York City offices. The company-wide expectation is three days per week onsite; however, the IT team typically averages approximately four days per week in the office, so candidates should be comfortable with a highly onsite working environment. The role is particularly well suited to someone based in Connecticut or Westchester who can comfortably travel between both offices as business needs dictate.
Global working hours: As part of a global IT function, candidates must be willing and able to take early-morning calls when required to accommodate communication and collaboration with colleagues and end users in Abu Dhabi and Singapore. The broader role operates across multiple global time zones.
Travel: Candidates must be willing and able to travel internationally, including several trips to Abu Dhabi each year to meet and support end users. The formal position profile anticipates travel of up to 15%.
