Role: IT Operations Manager

About the Team:
Join a well-established technology solutions provider supporting complex IT environments across public sector, education, and commercial markets.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead day-to-day IT operations across infrastructure, applications, support, security, and compliance
• Manage and mentor a skilled technical team while providing hands-on guidance
• Oversee networks, systems, enterprise applications, procurement, licensing, and renewals
• Drive security posture improvements, disaster recovery planning, and process optimization
• Lead compliance initiatives including CMMC, ISO, governance, and internal IT policies
• Partner cross-functionally to recommend and deliver scalable technology solutions
Core Tech & Skills:
• Networking, storage, compute, backup, archive, and disaster recovery
• Hybrid cloud environments and VMware
• Cybersecurity operations and security process implementation
• Microsoft Office suite and centralized authentication management
• Mobile device management and enterprise application support
• Splunk, Cisco, Palo Alto, SentinelOne, and Zscaler
• IT procurement, budgeting, renewals, and license management
• Compliance leadership across regulated IT environments
Nice to Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field
• Experience in medium to large IT environments
• Strong background leading process-oriented teams
• Ability to perform deep root cause analysis
