Eleven Recruiting is hiring a Sr. Operations Analyst to join one of our largest legal clients in Downtown, Los Angeles. 
This is a senior application-focused technology role for someone who understands how enterprise applications, databases, integrations, APIs, automation, and document management systems work together. This is NOT a traditional help desk or infrastructure support position. We are looking for a strong technical professional who can serve as a senior resource for application operations, integrations, data, and enterprise technology projects.
Responsibilities:

• Serve as a senior technical resource supporting the firm's document management system and related applications.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft SQL Server environments, including familiarity with Always On Availability Groups, clustering, and failover.
• Develop and troubleshoot ETL/data integration processes.
• Build and support application integrations using REST APIs.
• Work with databases, APIs, applications, and automation platforms to ensure systems communicate effectively.
• Support data integrations and SQL tables associated with the firm's iManage-to-FulcrumGT migration.
• Support iManage and related technologies, with a strong focus on integrations and back-end application support.
• Work with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics, Power Automate, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Help transition existing automations from INTAP Integration Builder to Microsoft Power Platform.
• Lead and participate in enterprise application projects from evaluation through successful completion.
• Work closely with vendors, consultants, internal technology teams, and business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex application, database, and integration issues.
• Participate in system maintenance, outages, emergencies, and escalations as needed.
• Serve as a technical mentor and resource to other members of the team.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of related technical experience.
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience beyond simply writing queries.
• Experience maintaining SQL environments and familiarity with Always On Availability Groups / clustered environments.
• Strong application integration and ETL experience.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Demonstrated experience taking large-scale application or technology projects from evaluation through implementation and completion.
• Experience working in a structured enterprise environment with formal security and change-management procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with vendors, consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within a large law firm.
• Strong iManage experience.
• Experience participating in an iManage cloud migration.
• Experience with iManage technologies such as Threat Manager, Security Policy Manager, or Ask iManage.
• Microsoft Power Platform / Power Automate experience.
• SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics experience.
• Experience with INTAP Integration Builder.
• Experience with FulcrumGT or similar legal technology platforms.
• Experience working in an ISO 27001-compliant environment.

Salary: $155,000 - $175,000
