Senior Network & Infrastructure Administrator

Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Schedule: 100% Onsite (5 Days/Week)
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Overview

Seeking a Senior Network & Infrastructure Administrator to serve as the primary technical resource responsible for the administration, monitoring, security, and support of the organization's enterprise infrastructure environment.

This role will support mission-critical systems including networking, wireless, firewalls, servers, virtualization, storage, backup and recovery, telecommunications, cloud services, and cybersecurity platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience supporting large enterprise environments and be comfortable working with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure maximum uptime and operational reliability.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Cisco switching, routing, VLANs, WAN connectivity, and network infrastructure.
• Manage Aruba wireless environments, Aruba Central, and ClearPass.
• Administer and maintain Palo Alto firewalls and network security controls.
• Support Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related services.
• Manage Hyper-V virtualization environments, Dell storage platforms, and backup/recovery solutions.
• Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud-based infrastructure services.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and security.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, standards, and configuration records.
• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and technology partners to resolve issues and support projects.
• Perform disaster recovery testing, backup validation, and business continuity activities.
• Support VoIP, telecommunications, and infrastructure related to cameras, access control, emergency communications, and district operations.
• Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology improvement initiatives.
• Provide Tier III support and participate in after-hours maintenance and emergency response as needed.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of enterprise network and infrastructure administration experience.
• Strong experience with Cisco networking technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Aruba Wireless (Central and ClearPass preferred).
• Experience administering Palo Alto firewalls.
• Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server administration experience.
• Experience with Hyper-V, enterprise storage, backup/recovery, and virtualization platforms.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud-based services.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and vendor management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in K-12 education or public sector environments.
• CCNA, CCNP, Palo Alto, Aruba, Microsoft, Security+, or similar certifications.
• Experience supporting multi-site enterprise environments and critical infrastructure systems.
