Job Summary (List Format) Digital Delivery Manager
- Lead and support multiple complex, cross-functional digital initiatives from initiation through delivery.
- Coordinate efforts across Product, Engineering, UX, Design, Content, Brand, Analytics, Compliance, Legal, Security, and other enterprise teams.
- Partner with Product Leads/Managers to translate strategy into program plans, integrated roadmaps, release calendars, and dependency maps.
- Support feature and initiative prioritization by clarifying consumer value, deadlines, dependencies, and risks.
- Maintain visibility and health of initiative, feature, and program-level backlogs; ensure alignment with goals and priorities.
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, milestone risks, and delivery blockers; escalate issues as needed.
- Develop and maintain repeatable delivery mechanisms, status reporting templates, meeting cadences, and execution tools.
- Deliver concise status updates to stakeholders and leadership, covering progress, risks, decisions, budgets, and launch readiness.
- Coordinate operational and release readiness including launch planning, go/no-go participation, compliance, and post-launch support.
- Drive continuous improvement by documenting follow-up actions and ensuring completion of process improvements.
- Manage or support vendor and financial oversight, including budget awareness, resource planning, and escalation of needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, facilitating communication and alignment across business, product, engineering, and delivery teams.
- Operate horizontally across teams without direct authority, managing multiple priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders.
- Communicate complex delivery topics clearly in verbal and written formats for a variety of audiences.
- Proactively identify risks and escalate thoughtfully to ensure alignment and resource allocation.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and delivery predictability.
- Collaborate effectively with remote or virtual teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies for progress tracking without assuming Scrum Master/Product Owner roles.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in delivery/project/technology management or digital product delivery.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience managing dependencies, risks, issues, milestones, delivery plans, and communications.
- Background working in Agile environments.
- Ability to create clear program artifacts (status reports, roadmaps, RAID logs, etc.).
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with web, digital marketing, customer experience, mobile, or enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), content management, analytics, SEO, accessibility, or web governance.
- Experience with tools like Aha, Rally, Workfront, MS 365, Teams.
- Coordination of vendor/agency work and budget/resource planning.
- Data-driven approach to communicating delivery health and trade-offs.
- Experience in large corporate, healthcare, digital product, or regulated environments.
