One of our business units is seeking a Manufacturing Relationship Manager - Plant IT to support a growing business unit within our Electronics business segment.
This role sits at the intersection of manufacturing operations and digital technology operations, directly impacting on the performance, reliability, and compliance of a highly complex, business‑critical production site. As the Manufacturing Relationship Manager, you act as the primary IT partner for site leadership, ensuring that manufacturing technology needs are clearly understood, strategically prioritized, and effectively delivered. You will work closely with plant management, supply chain functions, and global IT teams to define and execute a plant‑level manufacturing IT strategy aligned with ESI's global standards while addressing the specific demands of a large‑scale, high‑volume, regulated manufacturing environment.
What will you be doing?
Who are You?
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Process Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 7 years of technical experience, including 5+ years in IT business partnership roles in a manufacturing environment.
OR experience: 5-8 years in IT service management, with at least 3 years in a management position.
Extensive IT leadership experience in business partnering, service delivery, and program management
Strong stakeholder management with the ability to engage and influence senior business leaders
Normally expected travel is approximately 10-20%, possibly higher for key projects

The typical base salary range for this position is between $128,636.00 and $192,954.00
