Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for an IT Manager to fulfill an immediate permanent need in Sumner County.
This individual will be responsible for:- Lead and participate in hands-on IT operations, including troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, network issues, and other technical problems.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, tablets, printers, network equipment, and other IT systems throughout the facility.
- Manage and oversee larger IT installations, technology upgrades, system rollouts, and infrastructure projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and support the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) and the transition from paper-based processes to tablet-based operations.
- Provide day-to-day technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to IT support personnel while remaining actively involved in technical work.
- Manage IT projects from planning through implementation, coordinating schedules, resources, priorities, and project deliverables.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, warehouse, and office teams to identify technology needs, resolve issues, and minimize operational disruptions.
- Oversee IT equipment inventory, hardware replacements, software installations, system updates, user accounts, and general IT infrastructure.
- Evaluate existing technology processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, security, and user experience.
- Contribute to IT planning and strategy, including infrastructure improvements, technology investments, resource allocation, and future system requirements.
- Coordinate with company leadership, external vendors, and international technical teams to support business and technology objectives.
- Participate in technical training and knowledge-sharing initiatives with the company's headquarters in Sweden, including international travel as required
Qualifications:- Proven experience in hands-on IT support, IT infrastructure, and troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, and network connectivity.
- Experience managing technical projects, larger installations, system implementations, and technology upgrades.
- Previous experience leading, supervising, or mentoring IT support personnel, with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, and ERP/WMS platforms or manufacturing technology preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work hands-on throughout a manufacturing facility and travel internationally to company headquarters in Sweden as required.
