Capital Machine Technologies is now hiring for an IT Manager for their Information Technology Department in Tampa, FL.
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on IT Manager for our multi-location operations. Working in coordination with our external IT partners, this role owns hardware, software, network security, and ERP & CRM systems across all sites, and participates in the Change Management Committee to help guide system upgrades, process improvements, and user enhancements. The successful candidate will be a working manager — equally comfortable setting IT strategy for leadership and resolving an end-user issue directly.

• Change Management Participation: Actively participate in the Change Management Committee for the ERP & CRM systems, helping sequence upgrades, driving process improvements, and managing the intake and delivery of user enhancement requests.
• IT Strategy & Budgeting: Develop and execute the IT roadmap with executive leadership, including annual capital and operating budget input, standardization initiatives, and project prioritization.
• BI Reporting & Analytics: Design and implement reports, dashboards and analytic requests into actional information requested by management.
• Vendor & Partner Coordination: Manage outside vendors, managed service providers, and implementation partners — scopes of work, escalations, service levels, and renewals.
• New User Setup & Device Provisioning: Manage new hire onboarding, including account and access setup, along with provisioning and configuring devices and equipment across all locations.
• End-User Support: Provide direct, hands-on support to end users across all locations, resolving hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues.
• Network & Infrastructure Management: Administer network infrastructure, firewalls, wireless, servers, and end-user hardware across multiple sites.
• Microsoft 365 & Azure Administration: Own day-to-day administration of the Microsoft 365 tenant (identity, licensing, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, security policies) and the Azure cloud environment, including provisioning and cost management.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: Maintain endpoint protection, patch management, access controls, multi-factor authentication, and end-user security awareness; enforce and document compliance standards required by insurers, auditors, and lenders.
• Multi-Site Deployments: Lead technology deployments across locations and showrooms, including site build-outs, equipment refreshes, and hardware/software provisioning.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation of network topology, systems, licensing, asset inventory, vendor contracts, and standard operating procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of diverse IT experience in hardware, software, networks, and ERP & CRM systems.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and Azure cloud infrastructure experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting ERP & CRM systems, including upgrades, enhancement requests, and user adoption.
• Experienced in cybersecurity best practices, disaster recovery design, and IT compliance frameworks.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and executives.
• Ability to balance project work against day-to-day support demands.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to company locations as required.
• Multi-entity or multi-site distribution, manufacturing, or industrial experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and SuperOffice CRM, or comparable mid-market ERP & CRM platforms.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, CompTIA, ITIL, PMP, or security certifications).
• Integrating ERP & CRM systems with downstream reporting platforms.
• Knowledge of business intelligence and dashboard reporting tools such as PowerBI
• Experience managing IT through a system implementation, migration, or acquisition integration.
