This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, which includes the ability to work from home, while also requiring to be in person as needed at our Lakeside and/or Clayton Corporate HQ campus locations in St. Louis, Missouri.
The ITManager, Information Security Awareness,will support and advance global programs that increase visibility and understanding around information security best practices that reduce risk to our organization.In this role, you will be responsible for driving security awareness and secure behaviors through trust-based, data-driven campaigns, phishing simulations and education. You’ll also be instrumental in helping to reduce human risk by using program analytics to identify gaps and reinforce a security-first culture.
As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, managingand leading a cross-functional team of awareness specialists (as well as liaising with other experts and vendors) to execute program roadmapsthat integrate risk reductionapproaches,messaging, education, etc. The ideal candidate has experience with technology and data-based decision making, as well as information security.
In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work closely with executive leaders in IT and other key business teams, so experience consulting with and influencing leaders at all levels will bekey.
