GENERAL PURPOSE
The IT Manager II (Batch Systems Delivery) position is responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of batch processing systems. It requires strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of batch job scheduling and performance optimization.
This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams, including Business Intelligence, IT, and other operational and strategy teams, to understand the needs and deliver critical programs.
They will build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope and requirements. The Manager will oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring high quality, efficient, and scalable batch operations that support business objectives. They will also serve as the primary contact for the business regarding new requests, IT projects, and demand management - developing a clear understanding of targeted outcomes and expected value. This role requires to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance system reliability.

The base pay range for this role $134,300.00 to $261,100.00. The base pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
