IT Manager

Promote security best practices across access management, patching, endpoint protection, backup and recovery, and incident response to maintain a secure and reliable IT environment. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues involving end-user systems, networks, applications, identity management, and cloud services.

Salary is 110k to 120k

• Lead a small IT support team, providing hands-on technical guidance, mentorship, and day-to-day direction while helping build a strong foundation for future career growth and leadership opportunities.
• Deliver advanced technical support across Microsoft 365, Windows environments, Entra ID, endpoint management, and cloud-based services.
• Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, including UniFi and Fortinet networking, Datto backup solutions, endpoint security, and systems monitoring.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues involving end-user systems, networks, applications, identity management, and cloud services.
• Partner with Origination teams and business leadership to present technical recommendations, address business needs, and align IT initiatives with organizational goals.
• Maintain technical documentation, prioritize support requests, manage ticket workflows, and ensure clear communication with users and stakeholders.
• Balance hands-on support with project leadership, infrastructure improvements, automation, and technical planning, with opportunities to expand responsibilities over time.
• Promote security best practices across access management, patching, endpoint protection, backup and recovery, and incident response to maintain a secure and reliable IT environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure, PowerShell, automation, SharePoint, Teams, VoIP, firewalls, VPNs, RMM tools, and PSA/ticketing platforms is preferred. Microsoft 365 Administrator, Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+, Security+, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
