    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

    As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a hands-on IT Manager to serve as the primary technology resource for the business. This is a highly visible role that reports directly to executive leadership and offers the opportunity to build processes, influence technology decisions, and drive operational improvements across the organization.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The IT Manager will oversee all day-to-day technology operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity initiatives, user support, and business systems administration. As the primary IT resource, this individual will be responsible for solving technical issues, implementing best practices, improving security, and ensuring employees have the tools they need to be successful.

    This role requires a self-sufficient and resourceful technology professional who thrives in a hands-on environment. The ideal candidate enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, managing multiple systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and leveraging emerging technologies, including AI tools, to create efficiencies across the business.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT operations, infrastructure, and end user support needs

    • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation, system access, hardware provisioning, and technology setup

    • Administer and support business systems, including ERP, HRIS, project management, file storage, and collaboration platforms

    • Develop and execute cybersecurity strategies to reduce phishing, spam, and security risks across the organization

    • Troubleshoot network, connectivity, hardware, software, and infrastructure issues in both office and field environments

    • Manage technology asset inventory, lifecycle management, procurement, and documentation processes

    • Partner with business leaders to identify technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and support organizational growth

    • Evaluate and implement AI driven tools and automation opportunities that enhance productivity and business performance

    KEY REQUIREMENTS

    • 5+ years of hands-on IT support, systems administration, infrastructure, or IT management experience

    • Experience serving as a sole IT resource or working within a small company environment with broad technical responsibilities

    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, user access management, endpoint support, and networking fundamentals

    • Experience administering business applications such as ERP, HRIS, project management, or financial systems

    • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, phishing prevention, incident response, and risk mitigation strategies

    • Experience managing hardware procurement, asset management, software licensing, and vendor relationships

    • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies and the ability to identify practical business applications for automation and efficiency

    • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and make sound technical decisions

    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders

    • Ability to operate comfortably in an evolving environment while building scalable processes and technology standards

    • Kennesaw, Georgia

    • Hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and two days remote
