Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking an IT Manager for an aerospace and defense manufacturer which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in IT leadership, ERP systems, and cybersecurity compliance looking to further their career in manufacturing IT.

•      Lead infrastructure, business systems, and escalated help desk support while developing a small, hands-on IT team.

•      Manage cybersecurity and compliance (CMMC, NIST, ITAR, SOX): access controls, vulnerabilities, audits, and third-party security providers.

•      Lead cross-functional IT projects (timelines, budgets, risks) and report to corporate leadership.

•      Own the technology roadmap, IT vendor management, and contracts.

Essential Qualifications

•      7-10 years of progressive IT experience (systems, integrations, IT planning, cybersecurity/compliance, project implementation), including team leadership, ideally at a small to mid-size company.

•      ERP/MRP experience required; CMMC knowledge required; Windows, Azure (on-prem), and some Linux; manufacturing environment ideal.

•      BA/BS in Computer Science or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Bonus Qualifications

•      Infor SyteLine and SQL experience.

•      CISSP, CITM, CompTIA, security, or PMP certification.
