· Managing and overseeing information technology and computer systems
· Planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating IT and electronic data operations
· Supervising IT staff through recruitment, training, and coaching, as well as communicating job expectations and performance evaluations
· Designing, developing, implementing, and coordinating systems, policies, and procedures
· Ensuring the security of data, network access, and backup systems
· Aligning user needs and system functionality with organizational policies
· Identifying problematic areas and implementing strategic solutions in a timely manner
· Developing new network troubleshooting strategies to reduce downtime and minimize maintenance costs

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
5+ years of experience in a related field
Proven experience in information technology, solving various software and hardware problems
