The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and modern distributed architectures, along with excellent communication skills for working in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot Build and consume RESTful APIs and event-driven services using Kafka Ensure application scalability, performance, and security Integrate applications with cloud platforms (AWS) and messaging systems (MQ/Kafka) Participate in system design, code reviews, and architecture discussions Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, QA, and DevOps Follow best practices in SDLC, CI/CD, and Agile methodologiesRequired Skills Strong hands-on experience in Core Java and Spring Boot Experience with Microservices architecture and REST API development Proficiency in Apache Kafka / messaging systems Good understanding of API design, security, and integration patterns Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skillsPreferred Skills Experience with AWS services Knowledge of MQ Exposure to Banking / Financial Services domain Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesWorking Model Hybrid / Onsite (as per project requirements)
