. Customer Account and Identity (CAI Team)
•Manage customer identity, Account and Account Management experiences for customers and employees.
o Front-end and back-end development as well as database creation and management
o Customer Facing experiences for Account Management, Account Sign-In and Account Creation.

Project Description:
General Associate Product Management responsibilities for a product team including:
•Backlog management
•Epic and User Story creation
•Requirements gathering and business to technical translation for the development team
•Building business cases
•Quantitative and qualitative data gathering and analysis
•Inter-team communication
•External team communications and status reporting.
