ACTUAL Job Title: BA/QA Analyst
" Job Description: The BA/QA Analyst supports the migration of sites from LDAP to Active Directory by defining security role requirements, executing and automating testing, validating deployments, and providing post-production support. This role follows SDLC processes for Business Analysis and Quality Assurance to ensure successful project delivery.
" Project Scope: Call Center, Retail, and Security applications migrating from LDAP to Active Directory
" Required Skillsets:
o Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position with experience in business analysis and quality assurance
o Demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation and gathering processes
o Demonstrated experience in software testing life cycle activities, fundamentals of test architecture, test design principles for black-box and grey-box testing
o Knowledge of manual and automated testing for UI, back-end/batch and data conversion/ETL
o Experience with databases, ability to create, execute, and understand SQL queries to assist in data development and research
o Experience in working in multiple test environments and management of test data across them
o Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
o Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projects
o Excellent communication (written, verbal and listening) skills, presentation and documentation skills
o Strong organizational/team-working skills with ability to coordinate in a diverse, dynamic environment
o Experience with project tracking systems such as Jira as well as Microsoft Office applications
o Nice to have
" Experience in implementing A.D. or A.D. B2C projects
" Experience in writing requirements and testing projects with defined security roles
" Experience with test automation and performance testing tools
" Knowledge in utilizing AI tools for requirements and test case creation
" Broad-based knowledge/experience of managed vision care or healthcare industries
" Facets application experience
" Security Testing experience
