Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring successful execution within established timelines and objectives
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure, networking, systems, security, and vendor partners
• Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and track action items through completion
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Manage project communications with technical teams, leadership, and business stakeholders
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle
• Support change management, implementation planning, testing, and production readiness activities
• Monitor project progress and proactively escalate roadblocks or concerns
• Drive accountability among stakeholders and project team members to ensure successful delivery
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivery quality

Requirements:

• PMP certification
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure projects
• Proven experience leading multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
• Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile/Hybrid project delivery environments
• Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, including servers, networking, storage, cloud platforms, or data center environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build productive relationships across technical and business teams
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
