Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
5-8 years of experience in IT management or senior systems administration.
Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and modern cybersecurity tools.
Proven experience managing IT budgets and third-party vendor relationships.

Oversee maintenance and security of local office networks, servers, hardware, laptops, workstations, and peripherals.
Lead and mentor small team of IT support specialists for high-quality internal customer service.
Manage office IT budget, including hardware/software procurement and vendor contract negotiations.
Develop and enforce office-wide IT policies, data security protocols, and disaster recovery plans.
Collaborate with Sr. Director of Engineering to align IT infrastructure with rail engineering teams' technical needs.
Proactively identify system vulnerabilities and implement upgrades or automated solutions for efficiency.
