Responsibilities
- Lead server and infrastructure upgrade initiatives
- Administer Microsoft 365 environments
- Manage networking projects including switches, routers, and connectivity improvements
- Support ERP migration and system modernization efforts
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and project implementation
- Provide end-user support and technical troubleshooting
- Assist with security and compliance-related initiatives
- Develop technology roadmaps and recommended best practices
Requirements
- Strong Windows Server and systems administration experience
- Networking expertise including routing, switching, and infrastructure support
- Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Proven project management and vendor coordination skills
- Ability to work independently in a small-company environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing industry experience
- ERP systems exposure
- CMMC or compliance-related project experience
- Infrastructure refresh or modernization project leadership
