• PerformonsitediscoveryandassessmentofexistingITinfrastructureatpowerplantlocations.

• Reviewservers,networkequipment,racks,UPSandpowerconnectivity,storage,backupsystems,cabling,endpoints,andITrooms.

• Documentexistinginfrastructureconfigurationsanddependencies.

• Identifyinfrastructuregaps,technicalrisks,andpotentialmigrationchallenges.

• Assessequipment-roomreadinessandphysicalinfrastructurerequirements.

2.InfrastructureMigrationandIntegration

• Supportthemigrationofexistingsiteinfrastructureintotheclient'stargetenterpriseenvironment.

• Coordinateserver,endpoint,network,application,andinfrastructuremigrationactivities.

• Performpre-migrationreadinesschecks.

• Supportpost-migrationvalidationandtroubleshooting.

• Ensureinfrastructurecomponentsareproperlyintegratedintotheenterpriseenvironment.

3.ServerandVirtualizationSupport

• Install,configure,troubleshoot,andsupportWindowsServerinfrastructure.

• SupportVMwarevSphereandESXiorequivalentvirtualizationenvironments.

• Assistwithphysical-to-virtual(P2V)migrationactivities.

• Supportphysicalandvirtualserverdeployment,configuration,andmaintenance.

• Troubleshootserverhardware,operatingsystem,andvirtualizationissues.

4.ActiveDirectoryandCoreInfrastructureServices

• SupportActiveDirectoryintegrationanddomainconnectivity.
