Description

IDR is seeking a IT Infrastructure Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity – while the position is remote, our client is seeking applicants in the Mid-West OR Northeastern region of the US. This role involves supporting the deployment of IT infrastructure with a focus on clinic expansions and acquisitions. The company values seamless IT support to ensure smooth clinic openings and ongoing operations.

Position Overview for the IT Infrastructure Analyst:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT infrastructure rollouts across multiple locations.
  • Deploy hardware, software, and networking components to support business growth through acquisitions and new builds.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful clinic openings and infrastructure standards are maintained.
  • Provide onsite and remote support including configuration, onboarding, troubleshooting, and user training on Microsoft Office 365 tools and mobile device management.
  • Assist with post-deployment hypercare, resolving technical issues promptly and identifying security risks to ensure stable operations.

Requirements for the IT Infrastructure Analyst:

  • 5+ years of infrastructure related support experience.
  • Experience with network protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNC, VPN, and firewalls.
  • Experience with Azure and the Microsoft O365 suite of tools, including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to support and troubleshoot issues with end-user devices like laptops, desktop PCs, scanners, printers, and VoIP phones.
  • Knowledge of remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools, specifically Kaseya and ConnectWise.
