IT Infrastructure Administration
Configure, administer, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including physical and virtual server environments.
Assemble, deploy, troubleshoot, and support Windows and Linux servers.
Manage server lifecycle activities, including installation, upgrades, patching, and decommissioning.
Ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal performance of infrastructure services.

Identity Management
Design, implement, and manage Active Directory environments, including Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and authentication services.
Administer user accounts, security groups, access controls, and directory services.
Maintain directory security and compliance standards.
Virtualization
Storage Management
Manage VMware ESXi infrastructure and virtualization platforms.
Administer enterprise storage systems including Client MSA, 3PAR, and Dell storage solutions.
Monitor and optimize virtual machine performance and resource utilization.
Network
Security Administration
Support Cisco networking infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies.
Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, SNMP, and DHCP-related issues.
Identify security risks and implement remediation measures.
Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution.
Endpoint
Backup Management
Administer SCCM, Endpoint Management, Veeam Backup, BackupExec, and related enterprise tools.
Manage software deployment, patch management, endpoint security, and backup operations.
Ensure successful backup and restoration processes.
Vendor
Service Management
Obtain and evaluate quotations from hardware, software, and service vendors.
Manage third-party support contracts and monitor vendor performance.
Coordinate with suppliers and consultants to deliver infrastructure projects and services.
Documentation
Operational Excellence
Create and maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and user guides.
Ensure accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and recovery plans.
Provide timely support for service desk escalations and critical incidents.
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous service improvement initiatives.
