Responsibilities
Respond to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access
Offer technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set-up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software
Train computer users
Train other staff on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
Gain feedback from customers to improve training methods
Write and edit training manuals
Run reports and analyze common complaints and problems
Install, make changes, and repair computer hardware and software
Manage company groupware system
Requirements
An associate degree in computer science or related field
Minimum 3+ years in related experiences required
Bilingual (English and Korean)
Strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-work skills
