Opportunity Overview
Reporting to the Director IT Business Partner General and Administrative (G&A), Rhythm is seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT G&A Business Analyst to join the Information Technology team. This role will be responsible for supporting IT initiatives relating to G&A functions focusing on Legal, HR and Procurement activities. Among the technology solutions in this area are Ironclad Contracts Management, Coupa Procure to Pay platform and Porzio Transparency Spend. The responsibilities of this role include supporting the implementation and maintenance of systems in this area in a global environment. This role will align with appropriate business functions to ensure Rhythm has a stable, robust and scalable set of applications to support growing business needs. This scope also includes working internally to ensure compliance and working closely with internal and external auditors to support that compliance.

Rhythm operates in a hybrid-work model. Candidates applying must be willing and able to be in the Boston office in coordination with their department and business needs.
The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 - $165,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, level, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance. This role may be eligible for benefits and other compensation such as restricted stock units.
