The SAP Production Planning position involves overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of SAPs Production Planning module in support of our Dining division. You will work closely with Dining Operations, Business Transformation, Master Data and other IT teams to ensure the Dining production processes are efficiently supported by SAP systems. This role involves configuring SAP PP modules to manage data related to production scheduling, material requirements, and capacity planning. This role focuses heavily on recipe-based production, Bill of Materials (BOM) management, ingredient substitutions, and materials management to support high-volume, perishable, and demand-driven food operations. This position is based in Atlanta, GA
