IT/Financial Project Manager

In this role you will be responsible for leading projects and providing operational support for JD Edwards (JDE) Financial Systems. This role combines project management, business analysis, application support, and technical expertise to ensure the successful delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of financial applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with JDE Financial modules, project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis.

• Provide functional and technical support for Finance applications,includingJDEdwards(JDE)financemodules,ensuringsystemstability,issueresolution,usertraining,andcontinuousimprovementofsupportdocumentation.

• Lead andsupportfinance-relatedprojects,includingapplicationenhancements,changemanagement,QAtesting,Jiracoordination,serversecurityupdates,andengagementwithkeybusinessusers.

• ManageFinancedatainitiativesasaDataDomainLeadbygatheringrequirements,overseeingdataproductdevelopment,validatingdatainSnowflake,coordinatingwithInformaticateams,andapprovingdata-relatedchanges.

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities by investigating posting issues,analyzingvariancesandreconciliations,validatingfinancialdata,andensuringtimelyresolutionofcriticalfinance-relatedproblems.

• Developandmaintainfinancialreports,dashboards,SQLqueries,anddataanalyticssolutionstosupportfinancialreporting,reconciliations,audits,operationalmetrics,andbusinessdecision-making. 

     If you have/are:

• Bachelor’sdegreeinInformationTechnology,ComputerScience,Finance,BusinessSystems,orarelatedfield,orequivalentexperiencesupportingFinanceapplicationsandbusinessprocesses.

• Strongunderstandingofbusinessapplicationarchitecture,systemintegrations,andtheabilitytoquicklylearnnewtechnologiesandresolvecomplextechnicalissuesthroughtocompletion.

• Experiencesupportingoradministeringenterprisebusinessapplications,preferablywithinFinance,ERP,orcorporatesystemsenvironments.

• Experiencecollaboratingwithinternalandexternalauditorsandsupportingcompliance,controls,andaudit-relatedactivitiesispreferred.

• AbilityandwillingnesstotravelwithintheUnitedStates,Canada,andMexicoasneededtoprovideonsitesupport,troubleshootcriticalissues,andsupportbusinessinitiatives.
