IT Field Service Technician

Your skills\n\n 2 years of IT experience (or equivalent)\n Ticketing systems experience\n Driving licence\n Excellent time management skill\n This role is a Salary non-exempt position with a targeted salary range of $50,000.00 \u2013 $70,000.00 USD annually.\n \nYour tasks\n \nAs a Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, both consumers, and enterprises, in a timely and efficient manner. Providing excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the support provided\n \nThis includes responding promptly to client requests for technical support, either on-site or remotely, depending on the client's needs and the project's scope.\n\n Upgrades\n \n\n Equipment installations\n \n\n Repairs for clients' printers, PCs/Data Centers, servers, and other IT equipment\n \n\n Providing technical support for HP servers and data center equipment\n \n\n Diagnosing and resolving server and data center-related issues\n \n\n* Ensuring client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service\n \n\n \nBe part of us\n \nHemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
