Job Description: a. Role Description
• Develop, test, implement, and document application configuration components
• Work independently and/or within teams throughout all phases of the program
• Communicate and coordinate with end-users, business analysts, and systems analysts to determine features, requirements, and solution design
• Document technical specifications and designs
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues / testing failures as needed
• Adhere to program specific design, coding, naming conventions, and standards
• Participate in configuration/code reviews and apply corrections as required
• Adhere to applicable change control processes
• Write/revise documentation
• Advise others on detailed specifications
• Design and create documentation, application operational processes and procedures
