Cross-Workstream Coordination — Serve as the central coordination point across NGMM workstreams and partners, facilitate readiness discussions, maintain actions/decisions/risks/dependencies, follow up on commitments, and escalate conflicts affecting testing, training, deployment, cutover, or production readiness. PMO and Leadership Communication — Provide regular environment and deployment-readiness updates, maintain the environment status content for the NGMM program, validate technical status, translate risks into leadership-level messaging, and communicate decisions, risks, and actions.
